FAQ

Common questions

Still have a doubt? Call or WhatsApp us — we are happy to help.

How much subsidy can I get for rooftop solar?

Under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana you can get a central subsidy of ₹30,000 for 1 kW, ₹60,000 for 2 kW and ₹78,000 for 3 kW and above. If you are eligible for the state government subsidy, you get ₹17,000 more — up to ₹95,000 in total, subject to government norms.

Which documents are required?

Only five: your latest electricity bill, Aadhaar card, house tax bill, a cancelled cheque and one passport-size photo. We handle the online registration and paperwork for you.

How much will I save and when will I recover my investment?

Customers save around ₹3,000 per month on average, and the investment typically pays back in 3 to 5 years. Actual savings depend on system size, usage and your electricity tariff.

Is finance or a loan available?

Yes. Finance and loan facility is available, including lower-interest solar loans under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, so you can go solar with minimal upfront payment.

Can I sell extra electricity to the government?

Yes. With net-metering, surplus electricity generated by your rooftop system is exported to the grid and adjusted against your bill.

Which brands of solar panels do you install?

We install trusted brands such as Tata Power Solaroof, Adani Solar, Waaree, Rayzon Solar and Redren, with higher-efficiency inverters and hot-dip galvanised pipe structures.

What size of solar system do I need?

It depends on your monthly electricity units and roof space. Most homes need 1–3 kW, while homes with several ACs may need 3–5 kW or more. Share your electricity bill on WhatsApp or book a free site survey and we will recommend the right size.

How long does installation take?

Physical installation is quick — usually completed in a short time once the material reaches site. The overall timeline also depends on the system size and electricity department (DISCOM) approvals for net-metering, which we follow up for you.

Is there insurance for my solar system?

Yes. A House + Solar insurance option is available that covers both your house and your solar system, with coverage up to ₹25 lakh and protection for up to 5 years, as per the terms and conditions of the policy.

What about warranty?

Solar panels and inverters come with manufacturer warranties as per the brand you choose. The exact warranty terms are clearly mentioned in your quotation.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Balotra and serve Balotra and nearby areas across Rajasthan. Call or WhatsApp us with your location to confirm a site survey.
